Job Description:

A successful candidate will be a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with a proven background of implementing successful solutions in Salesforce via many tools including Flow, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce customization features.
An ideal candidate will have the following skills/capabilities:
1. Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce according to the organizations business requirements. This involves creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and validation rules.
2. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Grant appropriate access levels and maintain security and data integrity within Salesforce.
3. Data Management: Import, export, and manipulate data within Salesforce using various data loading techniques. Perform regular data cleansing and deduplication to ensure data accuracy.
4. Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide data insights to stakeholders. Customize and schedule reports to meet specific business needs.
5. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including managing data storage limits, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues. Coordinate with Salesforce support for technical assistance and issue resolution.
6. Training and Support: Provide training to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their questions and concerns.
7. Integration and AppExchange Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as ERP or marketing automation platforms. Evaluate and manage third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange to enhance system capabilities.
8. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation within Salesforce using tools like flow, and automation rules. Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
9. Business Analysis: Proficient in project management methodologies to track backlog requests, prioritize work, and provide estimates for level of effort. Experience working in teams following Agile development methodologies is preferred. Strong communication skills to be able to gather and document requirements from the business users.
9. Salesforce Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases. Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
10. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. Keep records of user requests, system changes, and issue resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Administrator
3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
Deep experience with Salesforce Lightning experience
Experience building Salesforce flows and capable of demonstrating that ability
Experience managing UAT efforts
Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative (OOTB) capabilities
Proven ability to probe for actual requirements and desired outcomes
Experience working in an Agile work environment
Ability to design and execute reporting and data visualizations
Strong collaboration skills working with cross functional teams and experience working remotely
Proven problem Solver/Ability to raise and address issues, provide potential solutions independently, and work with different levels of leadership
Consultative with a teacher mindset and behavior to guide new users of the system
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SFDC configuration including the use of third-party tools (FromAssembly, Formstack, WhatFix, Flosum, Revenue Grid, Five9, etc.)
Advanced Administrator Certification
Platform App Builder Certification
Other Salesforce professional certifications or Trailhead Super Badges
Strong knowledge of Excel
Experience writing SOQL Queries
