As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves identifying, analyzing, and executing commercial real estate acquisitions across various asset classes.

Compensation

This is a full-time, commission-only (no salary, no draw) position. Your compensation begins and ends with your production and could earn you $100k - $500k+ yearly depending on your output. (Please do not apply if you are seeking a salaried role or plan to negotiate for a draw.)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, and other key players in the commercial real estate market.
  • Conduct property inspections and due diligence to evaluate the viability of potential acquisition targets.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for acquisitions, under the direction of the CIO.
  • Manage the acquisition process from initial contact through closing, coordinating with the CIO and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all acquisition activities, including tracking progress and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to efforts to implement best practices in acquisition processes.
  • All other tasks related to dept as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, including but not limited to experience with multifamily, & Office
  • Strong relationship-building and pipeline development skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience with property inspections and due diligence.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with listings sites (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) and comfortable with SaaS tools like CRM and project management software.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
