The Role:

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our solar installations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough pre- and post-installation checks at various sites, confirming the accuracy of site preparations and the functionality of installed solar units. The role involves approximately 85-90% fieldwork and 10-15% time spent in the warehouse.

A Day In The Life:

  • Conduct pre-installation site inspections to ensure proper preparation and staking per project specs.
  • Oversee the installation of solar lamps and poles to ensure accuracy and compliance with layout.
  • Perform post-installation checks to confirm functionality and proper setup.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on site conditions and installation quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead field operations, providing guidance to installation teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Proven field management experience, ideally in solar installations or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail for site evaluations and installation oversight.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site maps.
  • Willingness to travel across Florida for installations.
  • Problem solver with a proactive approach and creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Location: Construction sites
