Job Description

Provide support to users of Oracle Health / Cerner Applications and legacy applications to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Validate new releases of Oracle Health / Cerner Applications. Log issues against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Supervise future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant, you will advise clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for advising clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance for clinical and non-clinical applications. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and solve with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build and follow up actions. You will also develop and complete test plans and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities will also include identifying and advancing issues to solution and engagement leadership while also bringing to bear internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Qualifications

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
