Who We re Looking For:

We have an immediate opportunity for a Regional Marketing Coordinator. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and executing regional marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase market share and demand. This position will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to implement marketing initiatives, manage local campaigns, and ensure alignment with the overall GTM strategy

Requirements:

Job Functions/Requirements:

  • Campaign Management - Assist in planning, developing, and executing regional marketing campaigns. Coordinate with local agencies and vendors to implement marketing activities. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Can include campaigns related to social media Calendar and/or email Newsletters, etc
  • Event Coordination - Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, materials, and staffing for events. o Analyze event outcomes and prepare post-event reports.
  • Content Development - Create and localize marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the regional audience.
  • Market Research - Conduct research on regional market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Brand Management - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regional marketing channels. Support the implementation of brand campaigns at the local level.
  • Additionally, all tasks as assigned by manager / management team that are needed to achieve companies goals

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective promotional materials.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Product manager(s) and other stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyze the performance of regional marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or local marketing role.
  • Must be on-site 4 days a week
