Ajilon is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator for a company in Indianapolis, IN. This is a contract opportunity that will last approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for 100 employees

  • Maintain employee records and files??

  • Maintain employee handbook and company policies ensuring government regulations are being met and staying in compliance with DOT and OSHA

  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding

  • Assist with new hire orientation and training

  • Administer benefits

  • Manage/track employee attendance

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resource related field

  • 2-3 years of Human Resource experience

  • Experiencing processing payroll

  • Proficient in Kronos or Paychex

Hours

  • M-F 8am-5pm



Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
