Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work periodically at the Client s site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience in a lead position related to Organizational Change Management activities;
Experience with technology projects;
Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness;
Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise;
Experience monitoring areas of risk and resistance, bringing people together to embrace and adopt change and elevating project outcomes and successes;
PMP, BRMP or other PMI Certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop a change management strategy and execute a plan that includes stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and communications plans;
Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential resistance to change;
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change;
Provide necessary training.
