As the Technical Operations Manager within the Property Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructures are maintained in line with the groups Technical Services strategy and standards. The role will provide specialist technical support ensuring business operation is maintained and monitored. The span of influence will be specific but will contribute to a flexible function that matches workload and skills required for technical operation and maintenance activities. The role may involve team leadership responsibility to deliver the service to specific work or geography.

Primary responsibilities include
  • Support the development and deliver implementation of all operational risk management strategies for the technical infrastructure of buildings within the geographical area, to include:
  • Technical standards
  • Risk registers
  • Compliance with health and Safety and property related legislation
  • Incident management and recovery
  • Ensure that the contracted Supply Chain appropriately operate, maintain and test the critical infrastructure by driving:
  • A consistent application of technical standards and processes
  • Utilization of competent resources
  • Deliver energy efficient operations
  • Effective decisions on complex engineering issues

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of UPS, generators and computer room HVAC required

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
