Responsibilities

  • Process Documentation: Gather, build, and document detailed process requirements for global and regional HR processes, including hire, onboard, benefits, rewards, transfers, and offboard.
  • Design Workshop Preparation: Prepare for design workshops by gathering documentation, data, scheduling, and taking notes.
  • Testing and Launch Readiness: Support user and agent testing, launch readiness, and cutover planning.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Define reporting and analytics requirements for HR processes.
  • Communication and Enablement: Build communication materials, training, knowledge bases, and enablement resources for delivery teams.
  • Employee-Facing Materials: Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience, 2+ years in HR process analysis or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
