Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL/ELT and Data Integration Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data movement and integration across various sources and target systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading into data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Analyze data requirements, source systems, and target data models to design optimal data integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data transformation logic using SQL and scripting languages.
  • Implement data quality checks and cleansing routines to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the data integration field.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • 8+ years of development experience in the area of ETL/ELT, Data Ingestion, and Data Integration.
  • 5+ years of data architecture experience, with the ability to drive technical design and lead solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) developing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica Cloud (IIC) and strong understanding of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) (desirable).
  • Experience migrating data pipelines from Informatica to other ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, Ascend.IO, or Talend (required).
  • Technical expertise in Python and PySpark (desirable).
  • Development experience using ASCEND.IO (desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
