Job Description:

Join our team as a Database Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting our critical SQL Server applications.

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for providing infrastructure support for complex applications, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and data security. You will work closely with development teams to implement and maintain database solutions that meet business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Implement and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain database documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support application development and deployment.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Database Administrator, specifically with SQL Server 16 and upwards
  • Expertise in high availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Knowledge of Transparent Data Encryption within SQL Server
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
