IT Manager - Concord, NC (Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
A long-standing North Carolina-based screening company is seeking an IT Manager to drive strategic IT initiatives and support business operations. This role will be a key partner to leadership, aligning IT strategies with the organization's overall goals. The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of IT operations, including vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, cloud solutions, security, and software integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT staff, manage annual reviews, and handle IT vendor relations.
Oversee IT infrastructure, protocols, policies, and service contracts.
Manage cloud infrastructure, security, and software updates.
Administer local VMware servers and handle disaster recovery processes.
Support and project-manage software and system integrations (LIS, EMR, EHR, ATS/HRIS).
Ensure cyber defense measures and run security tests.
Maintain website certificates, domains, and serve as the lab information system administrator.
Qualifications:
Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, VMware, or similar preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows, Linux, OS X, VMware, and Cisco systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols and cloud services (Azure, VMware).
Experience with a wide range of software tools including Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, Visual Studio, and Trello.
