  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing digital assets and infrastructure

Responding to employee queries and requests

Ensuring the security of company data

Troubleshooting technical and operational issues

Ensuring the security of company data

Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware devices

Job Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent; technical school a plus!
  • Previous IT Support experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hardware and software
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) preferred
  • Have a passion for technology
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong Problem Solving and follow up skills
