Position Description
The Recruitment Team Lead position requires a leader who can provide guidance and support to meet recruitment goals, mentor team members, monitor performance, and ensure efficient processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment team members, standardizing recruitment strategies and onboarding processes, assigning workloads, and maintaining up to date resources. The opportunity allows the Recruitment Team Lead to shape recruitment strategies, improve overall team performance, and collaborate closely with leadership and other departments, all while making direct impact.

The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arm. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stop, kneel, crouch, or lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Role And Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet recruitment goals.
- Assign new tickets and state assignments in GROW, on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare and update job descriptions in alignment with recruitment needs.
- Ensure reference materials in SharePoint are current and up to date.
- Develop strategies to optimize recruitment efforts and improve team performance.
- Lead regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and progress, ensuring open communication and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Approve timecards and manage administrative tasks for the recruitment team.
- Other duties as assigned.
