  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Instrumentation and Controls Manager

A leading organization in the water utilities sector is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Manager to maintain the strategic direction, performance, and efficiency of control systems, data communications, and reporting systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations across our water and wastewater facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team supporting day-to-day operations to ensure process control systems meet operational needs efficiently and reliably.
  • Implement and oversee maintenance activities for process control equipment and systems, ensuring continuity and optimal performance.
  • Support the planning and management of capital projects related to SCADA systems, helping identify potential obstacles and mitigating issues where possible.
  • Lead the design review and implementation of process control projects, providing feedback and ensuring work quality, including site visits as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration (Aveva), and WIMS software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and champion industry best practices.
  • 7+ years experience in SCADA systems or OT Cybersecurity.
