Therapist Support Associate acts as the therapist's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization's products and services throughout all phases of the therapist lifecycle. Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent therapist satisfaction and retention.

As a Therapist Support Associate Level II, you will build upon your foundational knowledge and experience to take on more complex support tasks and projects. You will continue to provide exceptional customer support to therapists while also taking on additional responsibilities, such as assisting with minor data analysis, conducting check-in calls for new therapists, and supporting onboarding efforts

  • Provide advanced support to therapists, handling more complex inquiries and escalations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Assist with minor data analysis tasks, such as generating reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct check-in calls for new therapists, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, streamlining support workflows and enhancing the overall therapist experience.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior associates, providing guidance and support as needed to foster their growth and development.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, such as audits, training sessions, and special events, contributing to the success of the Therapist Support team.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

You will be a great fit if you have
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with therapists and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
