  • Lead GenAI client engagements
  • Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projects
  • Align the engineering team toward a technical roadmap
  • Study new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build value

Title - Technical Delivery Manager Gen AI: Turing is looking for people with LLM experience to join us in building next-gen products for our customers. You will be working with a team of other engineers across different skillsets.

Required skills:

  • 7+ years of professional in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
  • Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
