Job Description:

We are seeking a Cisco Collaboration Technical Services Engineer responsible for delivering comprehensive technical services in Solutions, focusing on Advocacy, Planning, Design, Implementation, Release Management, Security Patch Management, Capacity Management, High Availability, and Optimization services. This role involves assisting in the design, integration, and maintenance of the technical infrastructure and services for the Unified Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Solution, ensuring effective communication with large Enterprise and Service Provider customers/partners via cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Deliver Cisco Collaboration technical services, including planning, design, and implementation of solutions.
  • Design & Maintenance: Assist in the design, integration, and maintenance of the UCCE Solution throughout the technology lifecycle.
  • Upgrades Planning: Plan platform infrastructure and software upgrades aligned with Lifecycle Management goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build consultative relationships with SMEs to develop innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade complex hardware/software systems; act as an escalation point for production support incidents.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
  • Capacity Planning: Identify design requirements and provide recommendations for capacity and future direction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) technologies and Cisco voice applications.
  • Third-Party Products: Strong understanding of third-party products such as Appspace, eGain, Avaloque, Calabrio, and Acqueon.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with VXML gateways, VVBs, SIP proxy, and routine system administration tasks.
