Position: Oracle Cloud Talent Lead
Duration: 6 Months+
Location: Remote


Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in talent management or HR technology roles, with at least 2 years in a lead position focusing on Oracle Cloud applications.
Strong understanding of talent management best practices and recruitment processes.
Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Oracle certifications related to Talent Management Cloud.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead the talent management function, including the design and execution of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning strategies.
System Management: Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Talent Management applications to ensure alignment with organizational needs and best practices.
Process Optimization: Analyze current talent management processes and workflows; recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to assess talent management metrics, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for talent strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of talent management solutions with other Oracle Cloud modules and business processes.
Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and managers to maximize the effectiveness of Oracle Cloud Talent Management tools.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all talent management practices comply with legal and organizational policies; conduct regular reviews and audits.
