Implementation Supervisor II

About the job

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to support mid to large-scale Helix Migration projects, involving both single and multi-site implementations across multiple products and services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing customer solutions and managing cross-functional implementation teams. The position requires a strong grasp of project management methodologies and technical aspects related to migrations and software implementations. The role is based in Louisville, KY, with a hybrid working model. Domestic and potential international travel, along with weekend support during go-lives, is required.

What youll be doing:

  • Manage mid to large-scale migration projects, ensuring the timely and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to user acceptance training and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in support of project goals and milestones.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Conduct post-implementation audits, analyze project outcomes, and implement lessons learned.
  • Attend daily status meetings via Zoom, track progress with project management tools, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel domestically (and potentially internationally) to support account migrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience in IT or project management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Solid experience with the technical aspects of migrations, software implementations, or IT services.
  • Ability to manage weekend go-live events as required.
