Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Coordination:Coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project progress and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Risk Management:Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues that may impact project delivery.
• Quality Assurance:Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Budget Oversight:Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage project scope, resources, and timelines effectively.
