This vacancy is for a technical position within the Division of Regulatory & Utilities (RER) of the Information Technology Department (ITD). It is for two IT Software Developer positions within RER System s Maintenance unit. This unit supports highly complex, mission critical .Net based applications and vendor packages with various interfaces, both internal and external to the County. This position is responsible for business processes and the impact of modifications to any of the above-mentioned applications. This position entails working cooperatively and professionally with technical staff, customers and with other members of the team.
Experience with the following is preferred:
C#; ASP.NET; ADO.NET; VB; .NET framework V4 and above; HTML5/CSS and responsive UI; JavaScript's framework, MVC architecture; Web Services and XML, SQL Server 2010 or higher to include SQL Reporting Services, experience with Tyler Technologies Enterprise Licensing & Permitting (formerly EnerGov) product.
