  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary: $55,120 to $74,000 annually

As a Strategic Initiatives & Business Development Manager, you ll lead exciting new projects and help shape our future by driving key partnerships and strategic growth opportunities. Join our dynamic team and take charge of launching and managing initiatives that make a real impact on our clients and community.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and funding sources.
  • Lead Projects: Manage the planning and execution of strategic initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure success.
  • Innovate: Propose and launch creative projects that align with CME's mission and goals.
  • Measure Success: Monitor progress and report outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). An AA degree combined with years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic project management, or a related role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex initiatives and projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Current valid driver s license and automobile insurance required.
  • Ability to pass Washington State and Federal background checks and obtain level 5 security clearance.
