  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the role is to support ***'s Research Engagement Services team with the timely processing of internal and external email volume. Additional responsibilities include service request creation and routing of requests to the appropriate internal teams. The hours for this position are 10am to 7pm EST

Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring assigned email boxes and promptly processing emails into ***'s CRM database during working hours.
  • Creating Service Requests (SRs) in ***'s CRM system as the requests are received.
  • Monitoring a general queue for SRs and promptly routing them to the appropriate teams
  • Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
  • Maintaining a record of emails processed
  • On a typical day you will:
