  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join our Service Department! You will be responsible for helping customers by resolving issues and complaints, following up with maintenance and repair visits, reporting on Survey scores and responding to online reputation reviews, such as Google and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up.
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills

40 hours a week Monday through Friday
