Description: Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning project milestones with strategic goals and adjusting plans as needed.
Agile Scrum Management: Act as an Agile coach for development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews) and driving Agile best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between engineering, product management, and business teams to coordinate requirements, technical solutions, and delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Present regular updates to senior leadership, providing clear insights into program status, milestones, and risks. Ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and technical scope. Implement contingency plans to ensure successful program delivery.
Technical Guidance: Collaborate with technical leads and engineers to assess project requirements and identify the best technical solutions. Balance technical needs with business objectives.
Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, ensuring engineering teams have the necessary tools, technical support, and guidance to meet deadlines.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools to optimize efficiency and streamline delivery processes.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor program performance and system health, using metrics to optimize processes and ensure the high availability and reliability of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 12+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud-based solutions.
Cloud & Container Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, OpenShift, and Kubernetes for building, managing, and scaling cloud-native applications.
Inventory & Parts Management Systems: Proven experience in delivering solutions that enhance inventory management, optimize parts management workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership: Strong ability to guide cross-functional teams in developing complex technical solutions.
Agile Project Management: Extensive experience managing programs using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in balancing technical solutions with business objectives and resolving cloud infrastructure issues.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Security & Compliance: Experience in managing security requirements and ensuring compliance for cloud-based applications.
Domain Expertise: Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrations related to parts management.
Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe Certifications; Technical certifications in AWS and other areas are a plus
