  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Piper Companies is currently searching for a Technical Database Specialist to work 100% remotely withone of the world's leading talent transformation providers. The Technical Database Specialist will design and manage custom reports using Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities for the Technical Database Specialist include:

Work on database schemas and report generation using Crystal Reports

Analyze and manipulate data through database schemas.

Provide support and resolve issues related to LMS functionality to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather needs and offer technical solutions.

Create and maintain detailed support documentation.

Required Qualifications for the Technical Database Specialist include:

3-5 years of experience in a similar role supporting LMS platforms

Skilled in Crystal Reports and database schema management.

Knowledgeable in LMS functionality (experience with Saba LMS is a plus but not mandatory).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Capable of obtaining a Public Trust suitability determination.

Compensation for the Technical Database Specialist include:

$75,000 - $90,000 a year **Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience**
