Commercial Plumbing/Piping Estimator Dallas/Lakeway, TX
Compensation: $85K - $125K + excellent benefits

We re looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing/Piping Estimator to join our team in Lakeway, TX. If you re skilled in budgeting, conceptual estimates, and comfortable working on a wide range of projects, we d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from $5M to $50M (hotels, hospitals, schools, data centers, etc.).
- Assist with design plans while ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Leverage your master plumbing license to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Piping Estimator with a strong project portfolio.
- Proficient in budgeting and conceptual estimating across various sectors.
- Ability to estimate both plumbing and mechanical projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
