Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Organizational Change Manager to support the division of Disease Control Informatics Branch. The Organizational Change Manager will perform specialized information systems analysis and will provide expertise in one or more areas of systems analysis. The IT Change Manager may act as a team leader, coordinator, lead a project team, or provide expertise in information systems analysis, including definition of user requirements, feasibility studies, design, program specifications, testing, and implementation. The SISA will also assist project managers in the development of project plans and system integration test plans for new systems or complex enhancements to existing systems. The IT Change Manager will monitor application systems functionality and participate in development of management procedures and quality standards.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/30/2025.
Telework/may require occasional reporting to downtown office.
Pay Rate-
$49.39/hr working 40 hours a week

Organizational Change Management:
  • Expertise in managing and supporting organizational change initiatives, particularly in the context of technology deployment and transformation efforts.
  • Innovative Procurement Methods: Familiarity with challenge-based or other innovative procurement methods that drive value and innovation in IT project delivery.
  • Human-Centered Design Experience: Proficiency in applying human-centered design principles to ensure technology solutions meet user needs and enhance user experience.
  • User Engagement Methods: Experience in employing effective user engagement methods to gather feedback, involve stakeholders, and drive successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Contract, Vendor, and Data Use Agreement Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, including evaluating vendor performance and overseeing the delivery of IT services.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful implementation of IT projects.
  • Flexible Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex system issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with human-centered design methodologies, including conducting user research, development of journey maps, facilitating co-design, and engaging stakeholders and end-users.
Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related eld and two (2) years of recent, full-time, paid experience in information systems analysis and design in a centralized information technology organization

  • Three (3) years of recent, full-time, paid experience in information systems analysis and design in a centralized information technology organization.
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
