Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the comprehensive campaign strategies for Heath s 2026 U.S. Senate race and his 2028 Presidential campaign.

Develop and execute fundraising strategies, voter outreach initiatives, and public engagement programs that maximize campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate efforts with Heath s Business Manager to align campaign messaging with Heath s intellectual property portfolio and broader business endeavors.

Oversee a multi-state campaign operation, ensuring compliance with election laws and maintaining a cohesive message across all media platforms.

Build and manage a team of specialists including media consultants, strategists, and volunteers, and ensure seamless coordination across all campaign activities.

Liaise with high-profile donors, political figures, and interest groups to secure endorsements and strategic partnerships.

Monitor political trends and voter sentiment, adapting campaign tactics and messaging to ensure optimal voter engagement.

Work closely with Heath s legal team and other specialists to ensure all campaign activities are legally sound and strategically advantageous.

Develop and oversee debate preparations, public appearances, and digital media strategies, enhancing Heath s visibility on national and global platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

3+ years of experience managing high-level political campaigns, or in a leadership role in campaign operations.

Proven success in fundraising, organizing, and political strategy development.

Deep understanding of campaign finance laws, voter analytics, and political communications.

Exceptional leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of modern digital marketing, social media, and data-driven campaign strategies.

Experience working with high-profile individuals, political figures, or business leaders is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex, multi-state campaign infrastructure.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $150,000 to $750,000 per year, depending on experience and level of involvement.

Incentives: 0.5% to 5% equity in deals exceeding $1 billion.
