Must Haves:
- 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience
- Management experience
- 2+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- 2+ years of operational experience
- Bachelor s degree
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables
- General ledger experience
Plusses:
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager will oversee specialty and primary care for outpatient services, managing tasks such as Performa build, SBARs, productivity tracking, and PowerPoint production. They will supervise one financial analyst and handle financial models for budgets, forecasts, and the Five-Year Plan. This includes updating volume projections, labor/expense benchmarking, and enhancing financial reporting models. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with ledger, ERP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and EPSI Oracle. Additionally, the Finance Manager will support strategic growth initiatives, conduct financial analyses, present findings to senior leadership, and coordinate with Corporate Finance during the general ledger close and budget process.
