Job Description

Griffin Funding is seeking a Senior Non-QM Loan Processor to help us with our growth and volume.

We pay our Sr. Processor's $5,000+ / month guarantee salary PLUS a $250 bonus per file.

***JUMBO and PORTFOLIO loans are not Non-QM. Non-QM experience means experience processing 12MO Bank Statement Loans and DSCR Loans. DO NOT apply if you do not have Non-QM experience***

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-blown processor (no openers, condition specialists, or LOAs) in a high-volume environment (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience processing Non-QM loans (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience processing Conv/VA loans (Required)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills (Required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Must be cleared by a background check and behavioral assessments (Required)
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking in your day-to-day approach to your files (Required)
• Tech Savvy w/ various software programs (Required)
• LendingPad Experience (Preferred but not required)
  
  

Comp: $5,416.66 monthly base plus $250 per file processed PLUS benefits: parking, 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision.
