Job Overview

Come join Intuit's People & Places team as a People Technology & Analytics Portfolio Manager!

Responsibilities

  • Develop an agile portfolio process for the People and Places Technology and Analytics team in partnership with the Technology4Intuit team, People and Places Business Operations team, and Program Management Office including technology roadmap prioritization planning within the portfolio.
  • Drive reporting and communication for the integrated tech and analytics roadmap. Implement resource and capacity management for the HR technology and analytics team including alignment with our finance partners for affordability and budgeting
  • Drive alignment across the team to ensure roadmap dependencies from various programs and run the business are surfaced and managed. Engage roadmap sponsors and stakeholders regularly for input and consultation and communicate any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans.
  • Partner with business operations on fiscal year planning impact to technology and analytics roadmaps and lead the fiscal planning process for the People and Places Technology and Analytics team.
  • Lead the intake and prioritization process for the run-the-business technology and analytics portfolio.
  • Design and implement an agile operating model for P&P technology and analytics organization, leveraging agile methodologies to drive efficient and rapid deployment of new capabilities
  • Drive a mindset of continuous improvement within the team and lead special projects to drive operational excellence for the team.
  • Drive cultural change in using agile methods and practices in the HR Tech and analytics team. Lead team demos and drive change management of the team towards showing progress and soliciting feedback early from team members, stakeholders, and customers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, equivalent experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology and analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in agile methods and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivery
  • Strong communication and team building skills.
  • Agile certification

Skills

  • Experience coordinating agile delivery of roadmaps across platforms and disciplines
  • Understanding of industry platforms in HR Tech space including Workday
  • Ability synthesize work into a consumable way to bring awareness and recognition within and beyond the team - this requires
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as ability to listen and deeply understand the work
