Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Leverage our extensive database, job boards, and various online platforms to attract top-tier candidates for open roles.
  • Pipeline Development: Cultivate and sustain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and effective relationship management.
  • Qualifying Candidates: Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with specific roles.
  • Negotiating Compensation: Engage in discussions and negotiations regarding compensation packages to meet both client and candidate expectations.
  • Candidate Management: Offer continuous support to candidates post-placement, addressing their concerns and ensuring their fulfillment within their roles.

Required Skills

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: \(60,000 - \)70,000, commensurate with experience.
