Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage our extensive database, job boards, and various online platforms to attract top-tier candidates for open roles.
- Pipeline Development: Cultivate and sustain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and effective relationship management.
- Qualifying Candidates: Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with specific roles.
- Negotiating Compensation: Engage in discussions and negotiations regarding compensation packages to meet both client and candidate expectations.
- Candidate Management: Offer continuous support to candidates post-placement, addressing their concerns and ensuring their fulfillment within their roles.
- Internet Savvy: Stay updated on the latest online recruiting tools and methodologies to effectively engage potential candidates.
- Prior experience in the staffing sector (experience within the education industry is advantageous).
- Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and successful placement.
- Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in outreach and relationship management.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the capacity to manage numerous candidates and placements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range: \(60,000 - \)70,000, commensurate with experience.
- Commission eligibility with uncapped earning potential.
