  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about IT support and looking for an opportunity to sharpen your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We have a 12-week temporary assignment for a Jr. Systems Administrator at our Eugene, OR office, with the potential to turn into a permanent role! This onsite position offers the chance to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PT, supporting our IT team in delivering outstanding internal support and ensuring system optimization.

What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Monitor system availability and usage patterns, making recommendations for enhancements
  • Provide help desk Tier 1 support to internal users
  • Assist with operating system and Microsoft Office support, equipment installation, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with security and configuration management guidelines
