The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial construction projects, specifically focusing on K-12 construction and Healthcare Construction. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial construction projects, particularly in the K-12 sector.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial or K-12 construction.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
