Position Overview:We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee IT integration projects for our federal government and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of federal contracting requirements. Remote work will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage IT integration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and client stakeholders, to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations, standards, and requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Oversee project subcontractors, vendors, and 1099 employees for each project
Qualifications:- A bachelor s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field; a master s degree is preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least five years in IT integration projects.
- Extensive experience working with federal government clients and a strong understanding of federal contracting processes and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
