What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Project Coordinator with 6+ years of experience working with homeowners or the public, and a strong background in supporting project teams. This position offers the opportunity to work on various projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing structures.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication, organizing tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of project activities. In addition, you will assist with project planning, scheduling, data management, community outreach activities, progress reporting, and team member support to efficiently meet objectives.
As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, consultants, clients, homeowners, and other team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions.

This position will be based in Burlington VT, with the initial expectation of in-person work. As you grow into the role, there may be opportunities for increased workplace flexibility. The position may require some travel throughout the United States.
What We Offer
Jones Payne provides a salary range of $62,000 to $95,000 for this position, commensurate with experience, and offers comprehensive benefits promoting financial, personal, professional, and community wellness. Key benefits include:

- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Six or more years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database entry, and ability to adapt to new technology
- Experience working with homeowners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Office experience in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred
