At least 3 years relevant experience required. Support Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines. Responsibilities include: Working closely with market Project Managers and market Finance members to receive Purchase Order Requests and process PO creations. Individual needs to review open PO reports to confirm request is not a duplicate and work with Project Managers when milestones completed to ensure timely closing of POs. Responsibilities will include monthly reporting on PO creations, Open POs, and receiving needs.

INTAKE NOTES:

- Additional expenses will not be approved

- Will support Engineering (Development, RF, Operations) supporting new site build, site mods, backhaul, and special projects

- Remote candidates will be considered, however Atlanta based candidates reporting to Office 3 Days/Week will be preferred.

Skillset Matrix Manager Notes:

Experience With Finance & Purchasing Standards for Purchase Orders and Receiving is Required.

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc):

Familiarity with SAP/Ariba & Scopeworker is preferred.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Processing Purchase Order Requests, Reviewing open POs for duplicates and closure opportunities.

Preferred background/prior work experience? Accounting and/or Telecommunications as PC or PM

Priority soft skills: Excel, Outlook, Incubator Software
