  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Looking for a Project Scheduler with Microsoft Project Online for an existing long term State of California project. Our current resources is retiring. MUST MEET ALL QUALIFICATION BELOW...

(5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible PM project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

(3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

  1. Possession of a *Bachelor s degree. Four years of experience, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  2. A valid *Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  1. (1) year of experience as a PM implementing an IT project for a federal, state or local entity.
  2. (5) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
  3. (5) years of experience with schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project.
  4. (1) year experience with user administration and document organization in a Microsoft Teams Project site.
  5. (2) years of experience with user administration and document organization in a SharePoint Project site.
  6. (2) years of experience on a single IT project evaluating, analyzing and compiling multiple vendors' schedules into one single schedule.
  7. (4) years of experience managing risk and issues on IT projects and developing risk management plans and processes.
  8. (2) years of experience creating high-level schedule presentations for executive staff.
  9. (1) year of experience leading Agile ceremonies using Agile tools, e.g., JIRA or equivalent technologies.
  10. (2) or more years of experience managing an MS Project Scheduler Online using Agile SCRUM Project Management Methodologies to IT projects.
  11. (2) or more years experience as the Risk Manager for a business systems modernization effort.
