Project Manager (VoIP/Voice Migration) Remote

• Accountable for the successful delivery of a large, multi-year global project to migrate users from a legacy voice system to Teams, covering 65 locations and 10,000 users, including user enablement, physical phone deployment, and decommissioning of the old system
• Partner with third-party implementation vendor to develop and execute the project plan, work breakdown structure, and identify the critical path, ensuring timely task delivery and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate with vendor and teams to deliver project tasks, hold the vendor accountable for meeting deliverables and timelines, and manage resource allocation across both parties.
• Lead project activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of business value, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project communications, including sponsor interactions, meeting management, and reporting, and prepare materials for steering committee and leadership meetings.
• Oversee change control processes, assess impact of requested scope changes on schedule, cost, and resources, and create risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Make key decisions on resource requirements, schedules, solution options, and project budgets, and manage financials to ensure adherence to approved spend projections.
