  • Pay Rate: $50-60/hr
  • Worksite Location: Roseville, MN

What you ll do as the IT Project Manager:

  • Oversee assigned IT projects to ensure they adhere to established budgets, schedules, and scopes
  • Understand, comply, and execute all assigned projects, tasks, and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards, including relevant SOPs and relevant GxP compliance requirements
  • Create, update, and revise project proposals to outline objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing requirements
  • Set, monitor, and track project milestones: address and manage unforeseen delays, adjusting schedules and expectations accordingly
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed. Provide regular status updates to team members and stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare comprehensive project status reports
  • Conduct and guide strategic analysis to support project objectives
  • Coordinate and manage all project phases to ensure timely completion
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assigning individual responsibilities to ensure cohesive team effort
  • Update and maintain all production technologies, ensuring their proper maintenance and installation

What you ll bring to the IT Project Manager role:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or med-device industry-regulated work
  • Proven understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a track record of establishing effective guidelines for others
  • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision
  • Experience in a high-level collaborative environment, fostering a teamwork mentality
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles
