We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Project Analyst to support our company's lead Project Manager. This person is a member of the in-house analytics and operational support team called the Project Management Office. The Project Management Office supports various company initiatives relating to sales and operations by managing a project lifecycle. The Project Analyst will assist in planning, execution, and closure, while gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and risks. This role involves creating and maintaining accurate project reports, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, the Project Analyst will manage select software used within the organization. This is a hybrid office position with working days both in the office and working from home.

- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics
Position Tasks:
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Help develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to project performance. Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Reporting: Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports. Ensure all documents are organized and accessible
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate with different departments as needed
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Process Improvement: Evaluate project processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Tools and Software: Utilize project management and data analysis tools to support project tasks and reporting
Tools and Systems:
- DocuSign: System Management, Updates, and related projects
- Microsoft Dynamics: System Management, Updates, and related projects
- SharePoint: System Management, Updates, related projects, Annual updates, and resource management
- Internal Process Documentation (SOG s): Create, Update, and manage process documents, communicate and house them accordingly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
