Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Utility Technology Team Lead with over 20 years of leadership in utility-specific technology. The ideal candidate will possess an electrical engineering degree and have extensive experience in electric distribution networks. This role involves leveraging ADMS tools to assess power flow convergence and ensure efficient operation within electric distribution circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technology specialists in utility-specific technology projects.
  • Engineering Expertise: Provide electrical engineering support for electric distribution networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • ADMS Utilization: Utilize Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) tools and functionality to assess and optimize power flow convergence of electric distribution circuits.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the implementation of engineering solutions and contribute to strategic planning for technology initiatives within the utility sector.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, and IT, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in utility technology leadership, with a minimum of 4-6 years in electrical engineering specifically for electric distribution networks.
  • ADMS Experience: Familiarity with ADMS tools, preferably OSI s ADMS, and their functionality in assessing power flow convergence.
