We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the COO for our two GMC locations

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the COO
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with COO and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and effective communication strategies.
  • Format information, memos, emails, and reports
  • Understand and build Excel Spread sheets


Skills

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • MS Office and Excel knowledge required
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
