What You ll Do:

  • Proactively identify potential issues or failures, implementing corrective tactics to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve merchant and dasher issues with empathy and urgency
  • Spearhead and execute workflows that uphold our exceptional SLAs
  • Identify operational trends and share insights to help improve processes
  • Develop deep expertise in our products, systems, and tools
  • Collaborate as an early member of a close-knit team that delivers world-class customer service for a leading technology platform in the healthcare space

What We re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role within technology, hospitality, or healthcare
  • A self-motivated, independent worker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent grammar and typing speed (40 WPM+)
  • Above-average technical proficiency, especially in Google Sheets

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector

Logistics:

  • This role is 100% remote with flexible time zones (ET to PST)
  • Focus on CT deliveries, with availability needed between 8 AM - 6 PM CST, Monday to Friday
