This position offers an opportunity to lead with a direct line to the owner, where your insights will shape strategy and your results will directly drive the firm s growth. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of adding at least $5M to a B2C service company and are passionate about scaling a team for rapid growth. We re looking for a visionary leader who s excited to be at the helm of a fast-growing law firm, knowing the rewards are as significant as the goals.
Compensation:$175,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Drive, motivate, and mentor a team of sellers to achieve ambitious client acquisition goals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and success.
- Set and Execute Sales Strategy
- Develop, implement, and refine our sales strategy, integrating best practices and setting clear goals to drive growth. Your decisions will directly influence our trajectory toward $10M in revenue.
- Collaborate on Marketing and Growth Initiatives
- Work closely with marketing to shape campaigns and strategies that generate qualified leads, focusing on revenue operations (RevOps) for a seamless, client-centered intake experience.
- Develop and Enforce Best Practices and Policies
- Design and implement sales processes, policies, and metrics that drive performance, align with firm-wide goals and enable predictable, scalable growth.
- Report Directly to the Firm s Owner
- As a key leader in our growth, you ll work with the owner to align on vision, report on progress, and make high-impact decisions that move the needle.
- Drive Revenue and Performance Metrics
- Analyze and track critical sales metrics, ensuring that conversion rates, case values, and team performance align with both short-term targets and long-term growth goals.
- Proven Track Record in Driving Revenue Growth. Demonstrated success in scaling a B2C service business, with a history of adding at least $5M in revenue through effective sales leadership.
- Results-Oriented and Performance-Driven. Known for hitting and exceeding sales targets, with a relentless focus on growth and moving the needle. You thrive in high-stakes environments and embrace accountability.
- Hands-On Leader and Doer Not just a strategist but a go-getter who isn t afraid to dive into the details, make calls, and close deals when necessary. You set the standard by example.
- Strong Ability to Coach and Inspire. Experience building, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to peak performance, ensuring every team member knows their value and contributes to shared success.
- Analytical and Data-Driven. Comfortable with sales metrics, pipeline analysis, and reporting to inform strategies, adjust approaches, and drive continuous improvement.
Driver Defense Team is a Chicago law firm that fights traffic tickets, DUIs, and other driving-related offenses for clients. We have offices in Chicago, Stone Park, and Villa Park. Our team consists of 8 lawyers and about 20 non-attorney staff.
