Working Hours 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Central Time
Overtime 50-10 hours/week
Contract Duration: November 2024 November 2025
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Previous desktop support experience.
- Experience supporting computer applications and end-user computing devices.
- Experience using MS-Office, and problem ticketing applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with direct interaction.
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in performing break/fix support for both PCs and printers.
- Experience loading software.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Experience supporting Active Directory, LAN/Networking
- Basic Windows client administration experience (file security, system settings, etc.).
- Basic network support experience (TCP/IP client settings, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Linux commands
- Working Knowledge of Zebra and Lexmark printers
- Organized
- Fast Learner
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills pertaining to standard software packages.
- Flexible to work overtime (including weekends) when needed.
