Your Role and Responsibilities
You will report to Head of IBM Apptio Poland organization and help our leadership team in their daily duties. Youwill become a focal point for all activities related to team's time tracking. Your responsibilities include but are not limmited to: creation of reports and presentations, act as executive assistant to Head of organization, schedule and facilitate team meetings, drive internal projects, preparation of internal communication

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with graphical tools like Canva
- High attention to details
- Great time management skills
