  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Lead the development and maintenance of cybersecurity applications, NYC Secure and MTD, which includes coordinating across a number of cybersecurity teams. In addition, engage a portfolio of agencies on endpoint mobile technology solutions to improve their cybersecurity protection.

TASKS:
  • Work directly with staff and agencies to ensure deployment and adoption of NYC Secure offerings and MTD rollout across City employees.
  • Manage development schedules closely to ensure all stages of the process are met in a timely manner.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope, prioritize and deliver based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.


Requirements

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
  • Product Manager for digital applications in the cybersecurity space
  • Experience with mobile endpoint technology.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and work with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to implement and launch them.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Passionate about products that help the public with a consumer experience.
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team of engineers, product specialists and other partners.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for interface design.
